The General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information (GEOSA) has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certificate which is international standard for quality management systems (QMS) after meeting all necessary requirements and successfully passing specialized review and audit procedures.
The certificate covers the providing of advanced services that enable and support geospatial activities, in a manner that contribute to achieving the sustainable development in line with the goals of the Kingdom's 2030 Vision. This reflects GEOSA's commitment to implement the best practices in operations management and enhancing the efficiency of services submitted to government entities and all stakeholders.
This certification showing GEOSA ongoing efforts to build an institutional framework based on the quality and continuous improvement of operational performance. This contributes to regulate and develop the geospatial sector, in a manner that achieving its reliability, and supporting its role in enabling inform geospatial decision-making.
