GEOSA wind up cooperative training program for Princess Noura University students

The General Authority for Surveying and Geospatial Information (GEOSA) completed the cooperative training program for 19 female students from Princess Noura University, majoring in geographic information systems (GIS) and remote sensing, they have successfully completed 171 training hours, at GEOSA's headquarters in Riyadh.

The program included hands- on training under professionals' supervision in the fields of geospatial information, such as spatial data analysis, remote sensing technologies, and geographic data processing mechanisms within an interactive training environment. During this training course, the trainees demonstrated an advanced level of commitment and engagement, benefited from the transfer of specialized knowledge and direct guidance, which contributed to developing their applied skills and enhancing their professional readiness.

As a part of GEOSA 's efforts, represented by the knowledge and innovation sector, this training program has been carried out for empowering students, qualifying national capacities, and enhancing integration with the academia, in a manner that supports the development of the geospatial information ecosystems in KSA.​
