HE. Dr. Eng. Mohammed Al-Sayel, president of the General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information (GEOSA), and GEOSA senior staff, attended a workshop conducting in collaboration with the Saudi Centre for Governance under the theme "Governance and Control Methods". This workshop comes as a part of the General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information (GEOSA) efforts to enhance institutional awareness of governance concepts and enabling its staffs to implement the control practices that improve the efficiency of institutional performance.
The workshop focused on establishing the governance conceptual and the state – of -the- art control methods, and raising awareness of its importance in supporting compliance and transparency. Which will contribute in developing the institutional workplace environment and enhancing the effectiveness of administrative and control practices at GEOSA.
The workshop addressed many topics that have connection with governance practices, the control role in supporting business efficiency, as well as fostering understanding of regulatory foundations that ensure procedures' integrity and elevate the level of institutional commitment.
This workshop comes as part of GEOSA’s efforts in developing governance regulations and enhance the efficiency of the institutional workplace environment, that supporting GEOSA to achieve its strategic objectives and increase the reliability of business and its deliverables.
