The General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information celebrated Saudi Flag Day on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at its headquarters through a national event aimed at highlighting the symbolism of the Saudi flag, strengthening values of belonging and pride in national identity, and recalling the deep meanings the flag holds in the hearts of the people of the Kingdom.

The event was attended by His Excellency Dr. Eng. Mohammed bin Yahya Al‑Saile, President of the Authority, who delivered a speech titled “The Saudi Flag: A Banner of Pride and a Path of Achievement.” He emphasized that the Saudi flag is not merely a national symbol, but a banner that has accompanied the early beginnings of the state since its founding, remaining throughout its history a sign of unity and sovereignty. reflects a nation moving forward with confidence along a steadfast path grounded in its values and principles, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince.
